Q1) What if during "Unowned Property Auction" 2 players bids the same highest price. Do they share the rent on property equally ?
A1) For any auction if 2 people bid the same amount, person bidding first wins the auction.
Q2) In the rule book it is said that at "Auction Station" either 3 shares or 5 licenses/permits are auctioned with the base price : 5 Mn. So is this base price (5 Mn), is for a single share or single license/permit OR for 3 shares or 5 licenses/permits ?
A2) Base price is for 3 shares or 5 licenses/permits.
Q3) Event Cards : Is that all 19 event cards of 3 scenarios are to be placed at event card corner or one has to choose 1 senario from the 3 scenarios (Random, Credit Crunch, Indian Growth Story) and place it on event card corner ?
A3) You can play any one of 3 scenarios. In random scenario there are more than 5 cards. Pick 5 randomly and use those for that particular game.
Q4) What if a player goes bankrupt and auctions all shares and licenses to bank, then do the bank stacks these shares and licenses again on the Auction Items Corner of the board and auctions them when somebody lands on Auction Station?
A4) During bankruptcy auctions, auction is for players and not for bank. But in case nobody bids for shares or licenses then they go to the bank and are not used in the game.
Q5) Deals & Deal Examples : In the rule book it is written that on any 1 property a person can make only 1 deal please explain this with an example. Also, is it possible for a player to make more than one deal with same/different players).
A5) It is perfectly ok for a player to make more than one deal with same/different players. 1 deal per property implies that rent or endvalue or landing can be shared between maximum 2 players (one of them is the owner).
Q6) I just bought the dealstreet game and want explanation about the auction station, when someone lands in the game. If any of the 2 sets of 5 licenses / permits or 4 sets of 3 shares set is available, it is compulsory to auction
